Alix Taylor

Alix Taylor has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Customer Service Advisor for Home Retail Group PLC until February 2011. From July 2010 to August 2011, they served as an IT Systems Administrator at NetConstruct Ltd. In January 2011, they transitioned to the role of IT Manager at IDHL Group, where they managed internal networks and external web hosting environments. In August 2015, Alix became a Technical Specialist at IDHL Group, taking on technical project management and account management tasks. In July 2017, they advanced to the position of Technical Operations Manager and later became the Head of Client Technology in January 2018, overseeing key client accounts and project management, as well as focusing on various technology areas impacting clients.
