Faye Oakey

Faye Oakey is a seasoned Project & Campaign Manager at IDHL since October 2023 and a small business owner of SIO Coffee & Shakes in Rawdon, Leeds, started in May 2022. Previously, Faye held several prominent positions at Leeds Bradford Airport from 2012 to 2021, including Ecommerce & Marketing Manager, overseeing a substantial digital team and driving multi-million-pound e-commerce income. Faye has extensive experience in digital marketing, having served as Head of Digital Marketing & E-Commerce at Welcome to Yorkshire and held various roles at Leeds Bradford Airport, where responsibilities ranged from digital communications to managing in-house teams. Earlier career milestones include content development at The Met Online and PR contributions to industry blogs, alongside press officer duties for events such as Leeds Freshers' Festival. Faye holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Leeds Beckett University.
