Ken Capperell

Ken Capperell is currently the Manager of CostGuard Solutions Testing at IDI Billing Solutions since July 2013. Prior to this role, Ken worked as a Software Test Engineer at IDI Billing Solutions and held positions as a QA/Systems Engineer at Campus Labs, QA Engineer at Mindex Technologies, and QA Engineer at ePlus Systems. Ken has experience in regression testing, bug testing, writing test cases, and ensuring software quality. Ken also has a degree in Computer Science from St. Bonaventure University.
