Miri Levin

Miri Levin is a seasoned professional in sales and customer service, currently serving as the VP of Sales & Customer Service at Direct Insurance since June 2023. Prior to this role, Miri held the position of VP Marketing & Private Customers Division Manager at HOT from 2015 to October 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing a division of over 2,000 employees and managing marketing, sales, and service operations. Miri also served as the VP of Private Clients at Partner Israel from 2011 to 2015, leading a workforce of approximately 1,500 employees. Previous experience includes roles at 012 Smile Telecom, where Miri managed customer service divisions and played a key role in corporate mergers. Miri holds an MBA in Marketing from Ono Academic College and a B.A. in Sociology, Anthropology, and Political Science from Tel Aviv University.
