Jon Harmon

Jon Harmon is an accomplished executive in the real estate and logistics sectors with extensive experience in asset management and capital deployment. Currently serving as Vice President of Capital Deployment and Leasing at IDI Logistics since November 2017, Jon oversees the entire development cycle, including land sourcing, due diligence, capital deployment, and leasing across the DFW, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Memphis, and Nashville markets. Previously, Jon held the role of Vice President of Asset Management, managing 8.4 million square feet of industrial space across Texas. Prior to joining IDI Logistics, Jon served as Vice President of Asset Management and Senior Asset Manager at Sealy & Company, where responsibilities included increasing real estate values and overseeing a substantial investment portfolio of over 15 million square feet. Jon's career also includes roles at Creek Meadows Properties and Inwood National Bank, complemented by a Master's in Real Estate from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and a Bachelor's in Finance from LSU Shreveport.
