Luc Maruenda

Luc Maruenda, joined Idinvest Partners in 1999, he is a Partner and is in charge of the structuring, development and marketing of Idinvest Private Management products, while keeping an activity of venture investor, in particular in the context of monitoring of its investments.

At the head of the Private Client Solutions department, Luc has developed since 1999 the private management offer of Idinvest in order to provide solutions adapted to the requirements and constraints of French (and European) private investors: first with FCPIs then with the development of new products offering asset diversification solutions on the various investment strategies deployed by Idinvest.

Prior to joining Idinvest, Luc participated in the launch of a private equity program in the United Arab Emirates, where he took on the co-responsibility of the venture capital investments of National Investor in Abu Dhabi. Previously Luc was investment director in the offset team of Giat Industries (Nexter Group) in Abu Dhabi. Previously, he was CFO of the start-up Webcorp in San Fransisco, after having been a manager at Cabinet Constantin, in Paris and then in New York for 3 years.

Luc is a Chartered Accountant by training, and holds a master's degree in Business Law.
