Mike Kelleher has extensive experience in finance and accounting, holding various leadership positions in reputable companies such as IDIQ, II-VI Aerospace & Defense, Nordson Corp, LPL Financial, and First Advantage Credco. Mike has a strong background in GAAP compliance, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and SOX audits. Mike has overseen staff, implemented new processes and systems, and played key roles in M&A activities. Mike holds a degree from San Diego State University.
