Tom Fragala has over 25 years of work experience. Tom started their career at Microsoft Corporation as a QA/Test Engineer and later joined Cambridge Technology Partners as a Sr. Associate. Tom then transitioned into the sports industry, playing professional soccer for Shelbourne Football Club and Boston Storm Soccer Club. Tom returned to the technology sector and worked at Openwave Systems as a Director of Information Technology. After this, they founded and served as the CEO of Vistera Group, a company that provided a hosted business intelligence application. Vistera Group was later acquired. Tom then joined Benefit Software Inc. as a National Sales Manager, where they focused on enterprise sales for the human resources and insurance industries. In 2005, they founded Truston (USA), a company that offered white label credit monitoring services, and served as its CEO. Truston reached over one million subscribers and had partnerships with several banks and credit unions. In 2018, Tom joined Pentius as the SVP Product Management, where they successfully built a new credit monitoring brand called Procredit from scratch. Currently, they work at IDIQ as the Vice President of Business Development, overseeing credit monitoring programs.
Tom Fragala completed their education in the field of computer science. Tom obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1987. Tom then pursued further education and obtained a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Merrimack College from 1988 to 1990. Continuing their academic journey, Tom completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from University of Massachusetts Lowell from 1993 to 1995. In 2016, they attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology for a certificate course in Fintech called MIT Fintech Certificate Course: Future Commerce.
