Chris Couch

Chris Couch is an experienced professional in fulfillment and client success, currently serving as the Director of Fulfillment Services at IDLife since November 2024. Prior roles include VP and Director of Client Success at NOW Tech from August 2020 to October 2024, and Sr. Director of Global Retail Operations at WorldVentures Holdings from July 2016 to June 2020. Chris began a diverse career at JCPenney, holding various positions from Assistant Buyer to Marketing Business Development Manager over a span of nearly 17 years. Additional experience includes director roles in marketing and eCommerce at Coffee.org and WePower Shop, respectively. Chris holds two Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degrees from the University of Central Missouri, one in Human Resource Management and the other in Business Management.
