Erna Sitanggang is an experienced finance and administration professional with a strong background in accounting and grant management. Currently serving as Finance and Administration Manager at the International Development Law Organization since June 2019 and as Proposal Budget and Grant Negotiation at Conservation International since August 2017, Erna also holds the position of Principal Lecturer at the University of Bina Nusantara, teaching topics such as Accounting for Government and Non-Profit Organizations and Financial Audit. Previously, Erna worked as Grants Specialist at the Millennium Challenge Account - Indonesia and held various roles at the National Democratic Institute, including Sub Grant Officer and Sub Grant Accounting Officer. Other experience includes a position as a Lecturer at Binus University and Grantee Auditor at The Asia Foundation. Erna holds a Master’s degree in Accountancy and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from reputable Indonesian universities.
