Joyce Pesca

Joyce Pesca is an experienced professional with a diverse background in program and administrative support across various organizations. Currently serving as a Training Assistant at IDLO since December 2022, Joyce implements training and capacity development programs. Prior to this role, Joyce worked as an Executive Assistant at Persona, providing secretarial support and customer service, and as a Local Agent for the European Union in the Philippines, where Joyce organized meetings and managed project contracts. Contributions to APEC Business Advisory Council as a Program Officer included organizing virtual conferences and drafting reports for APEC Economic Leaders. Additionally, Joyce held multiple positions at the Asian Institute of Management that involved program implementation and administrative management. Joyce earned a Bachelor of Arts in Asian Studies from the University of Santo Tomas.
