Dr.indra Rai

Dr. Indra Rai has over 25 years of work experience in the field of chemistry and quality control. Dr.Indra currently serves as the Vice President of Technical Services at Idma Laboratories Ltd/ An Idma Group Company since July 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Interstellar Testing Centre Pvt Ltd-ITC Labs as the DGM (Food and Chemical) from October 2007 to July 2020. Dr.Indra also held the position of As Instrument section in charge at SGS India Pvt. Ltd from April 2005 to September 2007. Dr. Rai started their career as a Chemist at Shriram Institute For Industrial Research from March 1995 to April 2005 and previously worked as a Trainee Chemist at Arbro India Pvt Ltd from October 1994 to March 1995.

Dr. Indra Rai has an extensive education history in the field of Chemistry. From 2009 to 2016, Dr. Rai attended Graphic Era University in Dehradun, where they obtained a Doctor of Chemistry - PhD degree. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2000, they attended the Institute of Chemists-India, where they earned a M.S.c. degree in Chemistry. Going further back, Dr. Rai attended Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University from 1990 to 1993, where they received a Bsc degree in Chemistry.

In addition to their formal education, Dr. Rai has also obtained certifications. Dr.Indra is an Authorized Signatory from NABL and BIS Authorities, which they obtained from the National Accreditation Board For Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL). Dr.Indra has also obtained a certification in FOOD SAFETY-ROLE OF STANDARDS from the Bureau of Indian Standards at New Delhi.
