John Pimentel

John Pimentel has accumulated extensive experience in sales and project management within the security and customer service sectors. Currently serving as an Inside Sales Representative at IDN-Canada since February 2023, John previously held the position of Purchasing Project Manager at PCS Security Systems from January 2020 to February 2023. Prior to that, John worked for dormakaba Americas from February 2003 to December 2019, where responsibilities included inside sales, technical support, and returns coordination in customer service. John Pimentel is an alumnus of St Benedicts CSS.
