Jill Johnson, MBA, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Jill has held various leadership roles in renowned companies such as IDOC, Purdue Pharma L.P., Sennheiser, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Pella Doors and Windows of Northern California, and Morgan Stanley. With their extensive expertise, they have been responsible for developing and executing HR strategies, driving talent management initiatives, and enhancing organizational effectiveness. Jill has also provided consultative support, implemented HR solutions, and managed HR functions at both regional and national levels. Jill Johnson, MBA, completed their Executive MBA from Saint Mary's College of California in 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a B.A. in Visual Arts Management from Columbia College Chicago. Jill has also earned additional certifications in Change Management from Human Capital Institute and Strategic Workforce Planning from Human Capital Institute (HCI).
