Simone Mechler

Simone Mechler began their work experience in 1997 at Accenture, where they held the position of Senior Manager until 2010. In 2011, they joined Actelion, first as an eClinical Program & Change Manager and later as an Associate Director of eClinical Projects. From 2017 to 2022, Simone worked at Idorsia Pharmaceuticals Ltd, initially as an Associate Director of Clinical & Quality Systems, then as a Director and Team Lead, and currently holds the position of Senior Director and Team Lead of Clinical & Quality Systems. Additionally, they worked as a Diving Instructor at Sinai Divers from 2010 to 2011.

Simone Mechler completed their Abitur at Geschwister-Scholl-Gymnasium from 1978 to 1991. Simone then pursued a degree in Biology at The University of Freiburg from 1991 to 1997, with a focus on Microbiology, Biochemistry, Limnology, Data Processing & Statistics.
