Rob Thompson

Rob Thompson possesses extensive experience in the software and technical support sectors, currently serving as a Product Consultant and Project Manager at Idox plc since October 2016, where responsibilities include delivering projects for health, social care, and local government software solutions. Prior to this, Rob worked at Ctalk from September 2011 to October 2016, first as a Technical Support Engineer and then as a Technical Support Manager, focusing on contact centre software support and implementation. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from the University of Hull, earned between 2008 and 2011.
