Mishal Eshai

Mishal Eshai is an experienced professional in client success and education counseling, currently serving as the Associate Head of Client Success at IDP Connect Canada since September 2023. Eshai has been with IDP Connect since March 2021, progressing from Senior Client Success Manager to Client Success Manager. Prior to that, Eshai worked at IDP Education Ltd from May 2013 to March 2021, holding roles such as Marketing Coordinator and Communications and Operations Coordinator, where significant contributions included launching IDP’s international student placement business in Canada and managing sponsorships for major industry conferences. Eshai's background also includes experience as an Education Counselor at IDP Kuwait and the United States Educational Foundation of Pakistan, focusing on student placement and promoting US higher education. Eshai holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Development from McGill University.
