Walt Reeves

Walt Reeves is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical recruitment and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Recruiter at IDR, Inc. since February 2024, Walt previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at HOMELAND LLC from August 2023 to December 2023. Walt's tenure at IDR, Inc. began in October 2017, progressing through various roles including Account Delivery Lead and Lead Recruiter within the IT sector. Prior to this, Walt gained experience at South Inc Nashville as an Account Manager Team Lead and completed an internship with the Ohio Valley Conference. Walt also served as Director of Operations for the US Military Allstars and held several positions including Maintenance Worker and Strength and Conditioning Intern Coach. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Sport Administration from Belmont University and a degree in Kinesiology with a focus on Health Fitness Studies from Mississippi State University.
