Earlier career positions included Team Lead Game Designer at Interzone Games, Community and Event Specialist at EN-TRANZ Entertainment, Community and Event Officer at So-net HK Game Team, and Deputy Chief Game Editor at Gameplayer Online Limited, showcasing a comprehensive background in game design, community engagement, and market analysis. Cloud holds an educational background from the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education and C.C.C MMW College.
