Dr. Sascha Heller

Dr. Sascha Heller currently serves as the Head of Insurance Data Services at IDS GmbH since February 2023. Prior to this role, Dr. Heller worked at Allianz Trade from July 2020 to January 2023 as the Head of Allianz Data Synergies, where responsibilities included coordinating group-wide insurance exposure projects and serving as a central interface for global B2B data. Earlier experience includes positions at Euler Hermes Rating GmbH, where Dr. Heller was the Head of Research & Development, managing data science initiatives, and serving as Lead Analyst in various projects. Dr. Heller began academic pursuits at the Institute of Finance, University of Hamburg, attaining a doctorate in Empirical Corporate Finance & Risk Management. Additional studies were conducted at Université de Fribourg and HWI Hamburg, where Dr. Heller earned a degree in Engineering Management.
