Levent Helvacı

Levent Helvacı is an experienced project management professional currently serving as the Director of Project Management at IDS Development | Management | Consultancy | Modular since August 2023. Prior to this role, Levent worked as a Planning Consultant at PRM YAZILIM, contributing to significant projects such as the Rail Baltica Project and the TOGG Automotive Plant Construction Project. Levent also has experience as a self-employed Project Manager managing the design and construction of private villas, and served as a PCS Manager at Hill International, Inc. for the EXPO 2017 Astana Project, among other roles in large commercial and infrastructure projects. Levent holds a Master of Science in Construction Management and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
