Cavan Scott

Cavan Scott is an accomplished writer and creative director with extensive experience in the entertainment industry, particularly in film, television, and comics. Currently working as a Movie Developer at Axis Studios and as a Story Architect for Lucasfilm, Cavan is one of the key writers for the Star Wars: The High Republic initiative, originating the core storyline. Cavan's portfolio includes projects for notable companies such as Marvel Entertainment, DC Comics, and IDW Publishing, contributing to acclaimed series and titles. In addition, Cavan serves as the Creative Director and Joint CEO at Strange Matter Media and has authored multiple works for Penguin Random House and Games Workshop. Cavan holds a BA (Hons) in Theology from The University of Manchester, further showcasing a breadth of knowledge and creativity in narrative development.
