Shauna Monteforte

Shauna Monteforte has a diverse work experience in various roles within the manufacturing, project management, and sales fields. Shauna started their career in 2001 as a Sales and Product Development Assistant at Pro Specialties Group, where they managed over 40 licensed and promotional sports accounts. Shauna worked closely with the sales team to create custom products and maintained daily communication with vendors.

In 2003, Monteforte joined The Upper Deck Company as an Associate Product Manager, where they developed officially licensed consumer products, tracked revenue, and aligned products with market trends and consumer needs. Later, they became a Project Manager for Upper Deck Authenticated, handling the operational aspects of numerous projects annually and assisting the product development team.

Since 2016, Monteforte has been with IDW Publishing, initially as a Manufacturing Operations Manager and later as a Director and Senior Director of Manufacturing Operations. Their responsibilities included overseeing manufacturing operations, sourcing materials and services, and managing day-to-day operations.

Throughout their career, Monteforte has showcased their strong organizational and communication skills, as well as their ability to facilitate successful collaborations with various stakeholders.

From 1997 to 1999, Shauna Monteforte attended San Diego State University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition.
