Anna-Katharina Matzenberger is a seasoned professional currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Customer Success at iDWELL since August 2018, where responsibilities include managing a nine-member team for 600 B2B clients in the Real Estate and Property Management sector, implementing onboarding strategies, conducting training for the iDWELL CRM software, and collaborating with the engineering department on software development. Previous experience includes roles as an intern in the IT and Controlling Department at VERBUND, where Anna-Katharina conducted a bachelor thesis and developed process structures for digital innovation management, as well as positions at Quintiles, Erste Bank, and Schober Hausverwaltung. Educational background features a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration from WU, and a Master's degree in Financial Accounting & Business Law from the University of Vienna. Anna-Katharina is also pursuing studies at the University of Maryland.
