Philip Pong is an accomplished academic and researcher currently serving as an Associate Professor at the New Jersey Institute of Technology since January 2021. With roles including Program Director for the Graduate Certificate in Power Systems Engineering and the MS in Power and Energy Systems, as well as Director positions for the Wind Power Academy, Sensor Research Laboratory, and Green Technology Research and Training Laboratory, Philip Pong demonstrates a strong commitment to advancing engineering education and research. Previously, Philip Pong held multiple roles within the IEEE Magnetics Society and the Association for Computing Machinery, including Standards Committee Chair and Distinguished Speaker.
