Barry Tilton

Barry Tilton, P.E., PMP, currently serves as a Technology Evangelist at Maxar Technologies, advocating for strategic modernization within the CTO organization since July 2020. Tilton is an active candidate for President-Elect of IEEE-USA, and has held several leadership positions within IEEE, including Immediate Past Director and Director of Region 2. With extensive experience in the geospatial intelligence sector, Tilton has held significant roles at Vricon and Integrity Applications Incorporated, focusing on the integration of geospatial intelligence into innovative capabilities. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Northrop University, along with various certifications in acquisition and test management.
