Caio Fiuza

Caio Fiuza's work experience begins in 2002 when they founded and served as the Managing Partner at Visagio until 2015. In 2008, they founded and became a Partner at IEG - Instituto de Engenharia de Gestão, a role they still hold. In 2015, they founded and became a Partner at Sintesi Strategy and Management. Additionally, in 2016, they became a Partner at Bluefit Academia. Caio then joined Stone in 2017, initially as the Director of Operations and Partner, and later as the COO and Partner. In 2019, they became the CEO of Ton and held the position until 2021.

Caio Fiuza completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro in 2002. Caio then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Operations Research from the same university from 2003 to 2005.
