Julien Ducros

Julien Ducros is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and strategic planning, currently serving as a member of the board for the foundation at Pacifique since December 2022, focusing on sailing initiatives for science, education, and sustainability. As co-owner and head of strategy at IELO Group since September 2016, Julien has spearheaded new projects while also being a founding partner at HOPUS since July 2013, which aims to innovate exchange models for sustaining IP networks. Previously, Julien co-owned IELO/Lost-Oasis from March 2002 to September 2016, specializing in building and managing internet infrastructures, and held various technical roles at companies like Chez.com, IDEALX, CIE, and Ynternet between 1998 and 2001. Julien's education is self-directed, showcasing a commitment to continuous learning.
