Brad Tiffee

Chief Administrative Officer at IEM

As the Chief Administrative Officer for IEM, Brad Tiffee oversees IEM’s corporate information technology, contracting, compliance, legal, governmental affairs, logistics, and security business functions. Mr. Tiffee identifies and resolves issues related to corporate policy, processes, and procedures and is responsible for IEM’s corporate infrastructure, policies, security, negotiations, risk management, and coordination with legal counsel. He establishes and maintains organizational standards for operations to ensure that IEM provides service excellence to both internal and external customers and stakeholders. His wide range of experience also includes program and project management; emergency planning; continuity planning; catastrophic disaster planning and response; exercise coordination and evaluation; quantitative emergency management; process development and improvement; and statistics.

Mr. Tiffee served as Business Management Office Director for IEM’s program management support to the Restore Louisiana Homeowner Assistance Program, a $1.3 billion disaster recovery program disbursing Federal funds to disaster-affected homeowners. In this role, he oversaw facility operations, contracting, human resources, information systems and infrastructure, and disadvantaged business utilization.
