Mauchi Heinert Kronfle

Mauchi Heinert Kronfle has a diverse work experience starting from 2017. They began as a Planning and Project Management Intern at Rode in 2017. After that, they worked as an Administrative Support at Lucas Fox International Properties from 2018 to 2019. At GOMEEP, from 2019 to 2020, they served as an Administrative Support and developed a Customer Service strategy. In 2020, they transitioned to Factorial HR, where they held multiple roles including Technical Customer Support, Product Enablement Specialist, Product Enablement Team Leader, and finally as a Product Content Manager, leading and managing a team of 9 individuals and establishing new content development processes and strategies. Currently, Mauchi Heinert Kronfle is working at IESE Business School - University of Navarra as a Lead Instructional Designer, where they are responsible for defining objectives, curriculum development, e-learning authoring, design and resource production using various tools to enhance the digital learning experience.

Mauchi Heinert Kronfle holds a Master's degree in Instructional Design and Education Technologies from Mia Digital University, which they completed in 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Humanities from the University of Navarra in 2018. In 2016, they studied Humanistic Studies at Università degli Studi di Siena, specializing in Literature and Philosophy. Additionally, Mauchi has obtained various certifications including "Cómo crear una cultura del aprendizaje" from LinkedIn in 2021, the "Easygenerator Authoring Certificate" from Easygenerator in June 2021, and the "Lingua italiana" certification from Università per Stranieri di Siena in 2016. Mauchi also holds certifications in Open Water Diving, English B, and Geography.
