Andrea Ledford

As CPO, Andrea shapes and leads IEX’s strategy to develop, retain, and attract top talent. As part of that role, she oversees learning and development, manager training and coaching, and employee engagement programs.

Before joining IEX, Andrea was Executive Vice President, Chief People Officer at NCR Corporation, where she spent 12 years and transformed the internal and external reputation of the company’s people function and supported the company’s corporate strategy. Before NCR she held senior HR positions at companies including Motorola Mobility and Cisco.
