Cosmin is also a Board Member at the Romanian Fintech Association since 2020.

In 2016, Cosmin founded iFactor | Your Money. Faster, where as the CEO and Co-founder, they built a team of experienced professionals from the software, deep tech, finance, and legal space. The company aims to help business owners optimize their processes and have faster access to their cash.

Cosmin is also a Mentor at the Founder Institute since 2018. As part of the Romanian chapter, they advise startups on revenue models, growth, and overall strategy.

Additionally, Cosmin is a Co-Founder of Dox Group, a software development company that acts as an offshore strategic partner to global companies. The company specializes in developing complex applications in various categories.

Cosmin Curticapean's education history includes the pursuit of an Artificial Intelligence in Finance degree at CFTE - Centre for Finance, Technology and Entrepreneurship. In terms of certifications, Cosmin obtained the CFTE certification in October 2018, as well as the Oxford Fintech Programme certification from The University of Oxford Saïd Business School in June 2018. Additionally, in June 2017, Cosmin obtained a certification in Domestic and International Factoring from Factors Chain International Amsterdam.
