Anh Speer

Anh Speer, Ph.D. is the Founder and Chief Technology Officer of iFame Media, LLC. She has an extensive background as a technologist and solutions architect for top tier companies such as AOL, Wellcare Health Plans and FOCoS Innovations. As a published authority on mobile and web technologies, she is sought after on the speaking circuit as a subject matter expert and presenter. Anh received her Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Management, Masters of Science in Economics and Teaching Certificate of Russian Linguistics from the Moscow Technical University of Communications. Additionally she holds a Masters of Science and a Ph.D in Computer Science from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
