Muhaiminul Hossain

Muhaiminul Hossain has an extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Muhaiminul started their career as a Project Assistant at Bangladesh Brand Forum in 2013, where they conducted market research and assisted in strategic consulting. In 2015, they had internships at Transcom Electronics Limited and Social Islami Bank Ltd., where they gained experience in operational activities and maintaining client communication.

After their internships, Hossain joined North South University as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant, assisting faculty members in research work and providing tutorial sessions for students. Muhaiminul also worked as an Order Processing Executive at kaymu.com.bd, where they achieved high commission collection and contributed to creating new roles with specific job responsibilities.

In 2016, Hossain worked at BRAC in various roles, including Young Professional Trainee, Branch Manager, and Programme Organizer. Muhaiminul was responsible for achieving targets, supervising staff, and ensuring borrower selection according to policy. Muhaiminul also designed innovative loan products and developed a Human-Centered Design Module for the underprivileged women.

Later, Hossain worked as a Market Research Analyst at Brac Chicken, where they gained experience in market research. Muhaiminul then joined SureCash as a Product Manager, responsible for managing products and services.

Currently, Hossain is working at iFarmer.asia as the Head of Product Management. Muhaiminul previously worked as a Product Manager, where they successfully launched the SOFOL field agent app and the Kri-Shop platform, which have made significant impacts in the agricultural sector. Muhaiminul continues to lead the product management team at iFarmer.asia.

Furthermore, Hossain recently joined A.Team as a Product Manager, where they contribute their expertise in product management. With a diverse range of experiences, Hossain has demonstrated their ability to lead and contribute to the success of various organizations.

Muhaiminul Hossain began their education at Monipur High School, where they completed their Secondary School Certificate in Science from 2000 to 2008. Muhaiminul then attended Dhaka Residential Model College from 2008 to 2010, earning their Higher Secondary Certificate in Science.

Continuing their education, Muhaiminul Hossain enrolled at North South University and pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance and Marketing from 2011 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Muhaiminul Hossain has obtained several certifications. These include the Beginner's Guide to Agile in Jira Badge from Atlassian in October 2022, the World Blockchain Hackathon 2020 certification in October 2020, and various certifications from LinkedIn, such as Building Resilience, Business Etiquette: Phone, Email, and Text, Learning Data Visualization, Learning Excel What-If Analysis, and Learning SQL Programming, all obtained in April 2019. Muhaiminul also completed the Human-Centered Design Course from BRAC in August 2017 and received certifications in Storytelling For Change from The Ariel Group and Idea Selling with PowerPoint Presentation from Enroute Center for Development in October and September 2017, respectively. Moreover, they obtained the Effective Managerial Skill certification from Enroute Center for Development in January 2017, the Fundamental of Marketing and Branding certification from Bangladesh Brand Forum in November 2016, the Social and Business Research Methodology certification from the Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka in October 2016, and the Gender Awareness and Analysis and Fundamentals of Development Studies certifications from BRAC in July 2016 and November 2015, respectively.
