Babajee Gaikwad

Babajee Gaikwad has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Babajee started their career as an Executive- HR & Admin at Classic Industries & Export Limited in 2009 and worked there until 2017. Babajee then joined Haier Appliances India Pvt Ltd as an Assistant Manager HR & IR and served from 2017 to 2019. After that, they worked as a Deputy Manager Human Resources at Praj Industries in 2019 for a brief period. Babajee then moved to Carrier Midea India, where they held the position of Deputy Manager IR from 2019 to 2022. Currently, they are working as an HR Manager at IFB Industries Ltd.

Babajee Gaikwad began their education in 2003 at Savitribai Phule Pune University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Organic Chemistry. Babajee completed this program in 2007. In 2007, they enrolled at The ICFAI University, Dehradun, and obtained a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General in 2009. Continuing their education, Babajee attended P.E.S. Modern Law College from 2014 to 2016, where they pursued a Master's degree in Labour Laws and Labour Welfare. Finally, from 2020 to 2022, Babajee Gaikwad studied at New Law College Ahmednagar, earning a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law.
