Chef Mihir K has a diverse work experience in the culinary industry. Chef Mihir started their career as a kitchen management trainee at The Resort Mumbai, where they gained cross-training in various departments and served as an industrial trainee in charge of the kitchen department. Chef Mihir then worked as a Senior Lecturer and Chef Trainer at Kohinoor College of Hotel And Tourism Management Studies, where they conducted practical and theoretical sessions for degree and hospitality students. Chef Mihir also served as a Chef Trainer and Lecturer at Rizvi College of Hotel and Tourism Management Studies, where they functioned as a chef instructor and counselor for Mumbai University. Chef Mihir later worked as an Assistant Professor at ITM Group of Institutions before joining IFB Industries Ltd as the Head Chef of IFB Spice Secrets. Throughout their career, Chef Mihir has demonstrated their expertise in kitchen management, culinary training, and academic instruction.
Chef Mihir K attended Anjuman-i-islam's IHMCT from 2004 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor's of studies (Hospitality & Tourism Management) degree, specializing in Culinary Arts/Chef Training. Following their undergraduate studies, Chef Mihir K then enrolled in Podar College, completing their Masters in business administration with a focus on human resource management in 2009.
