In 2007, they transitioned to TCNS Limited as an Area Sales Manager, responsible for sales and operations, recruitment, training, and strategic planning. In 2010, they joined Samsonite South Asia Pvt Ltd as a Territory Manager, where they played a key role in improving store operations and driving sales. Since 2014, Durga has been associated with IFB Industries Ltd, working their way up from Business Manager to Business Head positions. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on achieving sales targets and improving team efficiency.
