Francesca Amadei

Francesca Amadei is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President for Southern Europe at IFCO SYSTEMS since July 2021, Francesca previously held multiple leadership positions at CHEP from January 2011 to June 2021, including Managing Director of CHEP Italy and Commercial Director. Prior experience includes a Project Manager role at Giovanni Bozzetto S.p.A. and a co-owner position at Starlight - Accessories for Fashion. Francesca's educational background features an MBA from SDA Bocconi focused on Marketing and Strategy, along with various executive development programs and courses targeting leadership and negotiation skills. Francesca’s academic journey began with a Master Level Degree in International Relations and Diplomatic Affairs from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
