Subrata Mandal

Subrata Mandal has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Subrata is currently the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at iFIX tech Global, an enterprise software platform provider company. Prior to this, Subrata served as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Aliaxis Group of Companies in India, where they were responsible for driving digital strategy and digital transformation initiatives.

Before their role at Aliaxis, Subrata worked at HCL Technologies, where they held the position of Associate Vice President and led the Digital Analytics and Digital Transformation Service Line. Subrata was accountable for developing the Digital Analytics practice, establishing the Digital Analytics Experience Lab, and delivering solutions in various analytics domains.

At HCL AXON, Subrata held multiple roles, including Associate Vice President and Global Solution Director. Subrata was responsible for global delivery for SAP services, providing competitive business solutions, and driving sales revenue and business growth. Subrata also served as a Solution Architect, delivering sales revenue through team-based selling and working across various industries.

Subrata started their career at IBM Global Services, where they worked as a Client Partner for British Petroleum and played a key role in delivering SAP and related application services. Subrata also served as a Package Solution Manager for IBM UK, overseeing sales and solutioning activities for the Oil & Gas and Utilities industry.

Subrata's earlier experience includes roles at IBM and Wipro Technologies, where they managed offshore delivery programs for global clients. Subrata also worked as a SAP Practice Leader at Endress+Hauser Group.

Subrata attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a B. Tech (Hons) degree. Following this, they pursued an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore from 1995 to 1997. In 2014, Subrata attended the Harvard Business School for the Harvard Transition Partners Coaching Workshop, focusing on Leadership Development. Lastly, in 2018, they briefly participated in the Innovation of Products and Services: MIT's Approach to Design Thinking program at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
