Jason Benjamin

Jason Benjamin is an experienced General Manager currently leading operations at iFLY Indoor Skydiving since May 2018. Prior to this role, Jason served as Training General Manager at Portillo's Hot Dogs from February 1992 to December 2017, managing a $7 million foodservice operation and overseeing catering and banquet events. In this position, Jason was also responsible for training incoming management for both store-level and executive positions across new and existing markets. Jason completed education at Elk Grove High School from 1990 to 1994.
