Joseph Thompson

Joseph Thompson is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in technology and customer service. Currently serving as a Flight Instructor at iFLY Indoor Skydiving since November 2021, Joseph previously held positions as a Junior Developer at Yellow Dog Software and a Sharepoint Developer at Liberty Tax from July 2012 to April 2020. In the role at Liberty Tax, Joseph specialized in content management and custom page development using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, as well as performing analysis on territory boundaries and managing data queries from a SQL server. Earlier experience includes an internship at MYMIC LLC, and roles in customer service at Bay Lake Retirement & Assisted Living. Joseph holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Science from ECPI University.
