Jordi Llargues CFM®, SFP® has extensive work experience in facility management and sustainability. Jordi started their career at Schneider Electric as a Product Manager in 2001 and then moved on to Meliá Hotels International, where they served as a Regional Facility Manager and oversaw construction projects, refurbishments, and energy efficiency projects. In 2007, they joined Bayer as the Head of Facility Management Iberia, where they managed tactical operations, fleet support, and HSE coordination. Their responsibilities at Bayer also included leading strategic direction and services for the company's staff. Jordi also worked as a Projects & Maintenance Manager in the Facility Management Department at Bayer.

Jordi Llargues has been involved in various professional associations and organizations. Jordi was a founder partner and contributed to the creation of the first professional Facility Management Association in Catalonia. Jordi also served as the Director of Communications for the Saskatchewan chapter of IFMA, where they aimed to enhance the visibility and development of the profession.

Jordi also earned a Master's in Project Management from Universitat Ramon Llull in 2007. Additionally, they have a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, obtained in 1998, and a Master Engineer in Automation and Industrial Electronics from the same university, completed in 2001.
