Thays Fernandes

Thays Fernandes is an experienced HR professional specializing in human resource business partnering and talent acquisition. Currently serving as an HBRP Specialist at iFood since November 2024, Thays previously held the position of HRBP and Talent Acquisition Lead at Sanar, overseeing HR functions across various departments and leading the Talent Acquisition team. Thays' career also includes significant roles such as HR Business Partner at Grupo SOMA, Riot Games, and L'Oréal, focusing on diversity and inclusion, talent management, and employee experience initiatives. Thays began the professional journey as an HR Talent and OE Intern at Souza Cruz.
