Vada A. Perkins

Vada A. Perkins currently serves as the Vice President and Global Head of Regulatory Intelligence & Policy at Boehringer Ingelheim, a position held since November 2023, focused on strategic leadership in regulatory policy and intelligence within the pharmaceutical industry. Additional roles include Principal Investigator for Project PRISM, membership in the Regulatory Science Committee of IFPMA, and various leadership positions within PhRMA including the Heads of Regulatory Policy and multiple working groups. Vada is also recognized as an ICH M2 EFPIA Topic Leader and serves as a board member for the IRISS Forum. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Bioscience Regulatory Affairs from The Johns Hopkins University, along with extensive studies in Regulatory Science at the University of Southern California, and a project management certification from Villanova University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland, Baltimore.
