André Robberts

Andre Robberts currently serves as President for UK&I, Europe, and LATAM at IFS since September 2023. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Robberts has been a Council Member at GLG since February 2017, providing insights on market trends and profitability in the Human Capital Management sector. Prior to IFS, Robberts held various senior positions at Oracle from January 2019 to September 2023, including Chief Operating Officer for EMEA North. Robberts also led SAP SuccessFactors in the UK & Ireland, and held significant roles at ADP over a span of 17 years, including Division Vice President for Sales & Marketing in the UK & Ireland. Robberts holds a Bachelor of Laws from Stellenbosch University, a Mini MBA from Harvard Business School, and completed a course in International Human Capital Management from CIPD.
