Dan Metz is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in full life cycle recruiting, particularly within the Information Technology sector. Currently serving as Manager and Team Lead for North America Talent Acquisition at IFS since June 2022, Dan previously held the role of Practice Director and Lead Technical Recruiter at Hired by Matrix, Inc., focusing on both large organizations and startups. During their tenure at various companies, including Planned Companies, Welgo | HCP Consultants, and Smith+Nephew, Dan implemented innovative recruitment processes, developed training programs, and established new applicant tracking systems, significantly improving response rates and overall hiring efficiency. Dan holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology.
