Iaian Sherwell

Iaian Sherwell serves as the SVP of Data & Business Change at IFS since December 2019, acting as a catalyst for transforming the internal data and analytics team, consolidating technology systems, and implementing agile methodologies that improved delivery rates. Sherwell previously held the position of Chief Product Officer at Trustopia, where strategic objectives for scalability were formulated, and managed a team of developers. Experience also includes serving as Information Director/Solution Architect at Terra Firma Solutions, overseeing an energy and water metering division, and as Head of Management Information at Merchants, enhancing analytic capacity and operational efficiency. Sherwell holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Economics from the University of the Witwatersrand.
