Stephen Baker

Stephen Baker serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at IFS since 2015, leading the HR function and overseeing the provision of HR services, policies, and programs for the North American region. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Human Resources at Midwest Palliative & Hospice CareCenter from 2009 to 2015, where responsibilities encompassed talent management strategies, compensation programs, and employee relations. Stephen also held the position of VP - Sr. Recruiting Manager at HSBC North America from 1995 to 2009, directing recruitment activities for a network of over 4,300 employees. Military service included a role as Staff Sergeant with the United States Air Force between 1995 and 2003. Academic credentials feature a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations with a concentration in Employment and Labor Law from Penn State University, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Management from Goldey-Beacom College.
