Nicolai Boserup

Nicolai Boserup serves as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Policy and General Counsel at IFU since April 2010, while also being a member of its investment committee. Since June 2015, Nicolai represents IFU at the World Economic Forum and in OECD's Sustainable Development Investment Partnership. Additional roles include being an alternate board member at Nordic Microfinance Initiative AS since October 2016 and an associate professor at the University of Copenhagen, teaching legal philosophy since 2005. Nicolai is also a Captain in the Royal Life Guards within the Danish Army reserves. Prior experience includes board membership at LF Investment from June 2020 to May 2022 and working as an attorney at Bruun & Hjejle from September 2004 to March 2010, focusing on M&A, private equity, public law, and litigation. Educational credentials include a Magister Juris from the University of Oxford, an LL.M from the University of Copenhagen, and a BA in mathematics and philosophy from the same university.
