Karolina Jasica

Karolina Jasica started their work experience in 2006 at State Street as a Trustee Officer. Karolina then worked at The Institute of Banking as a Lecturer from 2016 to 2019. Karolina returned to State Street and held various roles, including Senior Investment Compliance Manager, Country Head of Investment Analytics, and Global Head of Investment Compliance, from 2012 to 2022. Currently, they are working at IG Group as the Head of Compliance Monitoring and Assurance.

Karolina Jasica has a diverse education history. Karolina obtained a Master's degree in Economics from Poznan University of Economics And Business, where they studied from 2001 to 2006. Additionally, they pursued an MA in European Studies with a focus on International Relations and Affairs at the University of Exeter from 2005 to 2006.

In terms of certifications, Karolina has acquired several qualifications in various fields. In 2004, they obtained a certification in Business for English from the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Karolina further expanded their skill set by achieving a Professional Certificate in Investment Fund Services from IOB in 2008. Moving forward, Karolina enhanced their coaching abilities by completing a Certificate in Personal Coaching from The Coaching Academy in November 2009. Subsequently, they acquired an Accredited Diploma in Executive and Life Coaching from Positive Success Group in August 2010. Moreover, Karolina pursued professional growth and obtained a Prince2 Foundation certification from APMG International in April 2014. Lastly, in October 2019, they obtained a certification in Sketch Noting and Visual Recording in business and education from Sila Myslenia Wizualnego.
